The power of communicating with social and therapeutic gardens in my area

This activity can help you develop, use, and combine your research skills, critical thinking skills, and communication skills by bringing you out of your shell! Direct online contact and communication with groups/initiatives and organizations engaged in urban green care and finding out their motivations can help you in the future to collaborate, work or get involved with groups/initiatives and green NGOs and CSOs

Watch the video “The power of social and therapeutic horticulture in Surrey” and do a little research on search engines and social media to find such urban green care initiatives in public or community gardens that help the well-being and health of the residents of your city or region and find their online contact details [emails, social media pages etc]. Make a list of 5-6 questions or queries you have about how their initiative helps improve their health or well-being you can send them the questions on Meta messenger or email them a short questionnaire using google forms! What made the biggest impression on you in their responses? Would you ever be Interested in participating in such an initiative?
