The forest-based module presents forests as ecosystems, their biodiversity and dilation across the globe. The module outlines their importance for the climate in general as well as their undeniable role in climate change mitigation. Many forests of the world are in danger by different factors. This module thrives to highlight the most prominent dangers alongside possible solutions on different levels. Some of the mentioned actions are already taking place; some of them are planned for the near or far future. We, as individuals, can contribute to a more sustainable future for forests as well and in this module, there are some tips and suggestions on how one can take part and make a change.
